How Much Does It Cost?Our ShoutCast hosting services is currently offering free setup. The actual costs ontop of the setup fee will vary based on number of listeners you require. You have complete control of selecting your maximum listener number and can use any bit rate you choose! The matrix on the shoutcast page illustrates the pricing. These prices are fixed and you will not pay more than the fee listed in the pricing table.
How Do I BroadCast To Your ShoutCast Servers?Broadcasting to our shoutcast hosting servers it not difficult at all. You will first have to have a compatible player and the shoutcast DSP plug in installed on your computer. Once the plug in is installed, you will configure it to use an IP# we assign to you and a username and password to connect. The content that you then play is streamed up to our shoutcast servers, and available for others to connect and listen to.
How much does additional bandwidth cost?With our shoutcast hosting service there are no extra fees for bandwidth. You simply pay the flat fee for the given listener and bit rate combination you require. You may also upgrade at anytime to a higher bit rate and/or maximum listener number.
