Are There Any Hidden Fees? 

With Our Ecommerce plans there are NO HIDDEN FEES!. We believe in bottom line pricing and the price you see is the price you will pay. The only other fees you may have with your Ecommerce store is the normal credit card transaction fees charged by whatever payment processor you choose. These fees vary widely but you can figure on paying some small percentage such as 2-3% per transaction in order to accept credit cards. At Hosting 4 Less we do not force you to use one processor. Our shopping cart supports over 40 different payment providers for you to choose from.

If you are an existing store who already accepts credit cards you can even use your existing merchant account. The consumer would purchase an item on your website and you would process the credit card as if the person gave you the credit card over the phone.

Can I Upgrade/Downgrade My Plan? 

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade among the 2 Ecommerce plans without penalty. There are no fees to either downgrade or upgrade your plan if you need to.

What Is Miva Merchant? 

Miva Merchant is a browser-based storefront and catalog development tool that integrates cataloging, product maintenance, category management, and shopping cart functions, along with order and credit card processing into one package. Multiple stores can be maintained by one central administrator, or specific store functions can be delegated to sub-administrators. Merchants are able to easily manage their own stores through a user-friendly, web interface.

Yes, the Miva Merchant shopping cart includes FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping methods allowing for real time accurate shipping calculation of your order. You can configure the actual "ship from" zip code allowing for support of drop ship fulfillment houses where your billing location may be different than your distribution warehouse.
