What do I do if I've lost my password?If you've lot your password to your site or FTP space, you'll need to send us an email letting us know who you are, the name of your website (or the name the account is listed under) and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to open the account. Hosting 4 Less offers various hosting packages The user will be kept abreast of their disk space, bandwidth and email accounts via a web based reporting tool that will let the user know how much disk space, bandwidth and email accounts he/she is consuming. If the client surpasses these limits the client can adjust their usage or upgrade to a larger package. The client will be automatically charged the following surcharges during the first week in the following month for the overages in the preceding month.
• Bandwidth: $1 per GB over.
• Storage: .10 per MB over.
• Email Accounts: $1 per POP Account over.
- How many FTP sub-accounts can I have? How many sub-accounts can I have?
Our file hosting service comes with up to 100 sub FTP accounts. If you require more than 100 this is not a problem, you simply have to inform us of how many additional accounts you require. The sub FTP accounts are managed via an easy to use web-based control panel.

NO! With our FTP service each username and password combination you create is restricted to their own folder you assigned them. They do not know about any other folders. When they login the user is automatically put into their own directory. The master account does have the ability to see all of the other accounts allowing for full access to the FTP site. You also have the ability to share a directory with multiple people by simply giving out that username/password information to more than one user. If you have a group manager you also have the ability to create a group admin who will have access to multiple sub accounts without access to the main account.

Hosting 4 Less bills on either a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Depending upon the plan you choose will depend on how much this bill is per period. Each plan has a given amount of bandwidth and storage allotment. If you exceed the monthly data transfer allotment you will be billed at $1 per GB over the given plan allotment. If you exceed the given storage allotment you will be billed at $.10 per MB over the storage allotment. Any overages will be automatically billed once a month to the credit card on file.
